After much careful consideration and thorough analysis, we have made the difficult decision to close the golf course as of January 5th, 2025. While we reopened the course after our initial closure, the financial losses have remained significant, and the ability to generate sustainable revenue given the course’s location is a constant challenge. Despite our best efforts to explore all avenues, it has become clear that continuing to operate under these conditions is no longer viable.

We are in the process of considering offers to sell and have spoken to several potential buyers, but nothing concrete is in place at this time. Future use details for the course are currently pending and we will provide an update as soon as we can.
