Join us for a laid-back wine tasting with light bites and vinyl spun by Sea Rancher Richard Harris starting at 4pm. Dynamic, local winemaker Pax Mahle has been making cool climate Syrah in California since 2000. Co-owned by Pax and his wife Pamela, Pax Wines has since garnered a cult following, producing some of the most sought after wine in California. As seen in the New York Times and the Michelin Guide, Pax's collection of wines are both approachable and diverse, all sourced from organic and/or sustainable vineyards. Come meet Pax and join us for a flight of Syrah, Chenin Blanc, and more, and small bites from 5-7pm in the Fireside Lounge.
