How it works
- Sale runs from November 13 - November 20, 2023.
- Buy a voucher for a 2 or 3 night stay to be used by April 27, 2024.
- The promotional value is good until April 27, 2024. If you are unable to redeem your voucher by that time, then the cash amount can be applied to any future stay.

- All voucher purchases are final – no refunds after purchase.
- Voucher purchases are like purchasing a package – you can purchase a 2-night or 3-night voucher package.
- Private sale is offered towards our premium Lodge Studios or Deluxe Lodge Studios.
- The voucher is valid for stays through April 27, 2024.
- BLACKOUT DATES: 11/22/23 -11/26/23, 12/22/23-12/26/23, 12/31/23, 2/10/24- 2/20/24, 3/22/24-3/24/24, 3/29/24-3/31/24, and 4/19/24-4/21/24.
- Voucher stays are subject to minimum stay requirements and cancellation policies.
- PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ROOM RESERVATION MADE WITH THE VOUCHER WITHIN THE 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR VOUCHER.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or used in other outlets at The Lodge.
- Voucher stays cannot be combined with other room specials.
- If you don’t stay before 04/27/24 the amount you paid for the voucher does not go away – it turns into a gift certificate and can be used on your next stay and does not expire. Room category and promotion add-ons are no longer valid.
- You may “gift” someone a voucher – just let us know who will be using it.
- We hold onto the voucher for you- just let us know you want to use it when you call to book.
- The dining and golf credits are not redeemable for cash and hold no value if not consumed. It cannot be used elsewhere – only in the assigned experience.
- All stays are subject to availability – we have just 17 guest rooms, so book your dates as soon as you know them!
